Tabata Something Else...

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest.
The first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.

August 23, 2008 Workout of the Day

"FIGHT GONE BAD"
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

The stations are:
Wall-ball: 10 ft high target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

August 2, 2008 9:00am Outdoor Session

There is no 11:00am session today.
However, I will be at North Hi Mount Elementary School for a workout at 9:00am for anyone that is interested. There is no charge for the session and you are welcome to bring friends and family. We will probably go for about an hour. We will be doing some obstacle course work and parkour training. I am not posting the workout. You will have to wait and see.
