Tabata Day!!! (20 sec on, 10 sec off of 8 rounds of): Pullup Pushup Situp Squat ----------- Team Workout (3 people per team): 150 Knees to Elbows 100 Burpees
The cleans and handstand pushups was a good combo. I just hope my legs can get used to all the running in soccer. I am getting closer to my goal of being a spartan!!!

couldn't do today workout, no to operate the time. So I did 17 Cindys in 20, not bad after a nite of beers at the beach
