On the minute!
Perform 2 Power Cleans on the minute for 15 minutes.
*Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 2 Power Cleans.
*Use a maximal weight. 80% - 85% of 1 RM
*Every failure earns you 10 dead-hang pullups after wod.

85% of 1 RM: 170 x 0.85= 144.5.
Used 145 lbs and no pullups.
used 225 no pullups. First for me, usually use 205 or 215 for this one plus pullups at the end.
I think if I could make the same noises Mitzi makes while lifting I could do more!!
175lb on power clean - 10 push ups in between rounds in order to make up for the 150 the other day
145lbs no pullups!:)
