Get ready for fun times.
This was supposed to be a team workout...but that would just make it too easy.

50 Thrusters (135 lbs)
50 Pullups
50 KTE

30 Hang Power Cleans (135 lbs)

20 Push Press (135 lbs)
20 Pullups

very brutal workout. congrats to all the completed. 36 min for me. havent had a workout like that in a while but it felt good

36:42 I believe. This was one of the most brutal workouts I've come up with, and I loved it! Sleepy time.
