This schedule goes into effect Wednesday, January 21. The gym closes at 5pm on Monday.
Here are the added classes:
Mondays / Wednesdays 5:45 pm! (regular CrossFit session)
Wednesdays 1:00pm (CrossFit pool session)
Thursdays 11:15 (30 min Kettlebell session)
- There is possibility of creating 11:30 and 12:30 sessions daily.
Please post your opinions this and let me know which time you can attend.!

We need 6:30 am Mon, wed, and Friday. Especially during march, April and may so I can ride my bike during lunch
I like the idea of the 11.30 regular class and I hope the 5.45 proves to be popular. I also hope that my aching legs, from my final familiarization session, stop aching soon!
Hey Greg how about 5:30 am. Also 11:30 am sounds better for me.
5:45 am and 11:30 am sounds great. Hey Greg, 6:30 am is too late, some of us have to get to work!!!

I THINK 5:30 AND 6:30 AM SOUND GREAT, LETS WORK TOGETHER AND WE BOTH CAN GET WHAT WE WANT. I ALSO LIKE THE 11:30 AND 12:30 IDEA AS WELL. I DO FIRMLY BELEIVE "IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME" MOTTO.
