Front Squat...only did 3 rounds...but used 185 each round.

10 L-Pullups
15 Walking Lunges

Strict form. Feet above waist level on L-Pulls...15 rounds. Did not make it to my PR of 17.

Awesome workout.... I can't move today. Couldn't sleep last night because I was dreaming of squats and my legs were shaking... My whole body hurts. Love it! Won't be making it today. There is just no way. :)
