"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

then when through filthy 50 upto thrusters in 17min before I had to go back to work

My last 20 pull ups were a bunch of arse but I survived my first Murph!

7 rounds for pool xf and 44:28 for Miss Murphy. Running outside for the mile made a very nice change, I must remember the path.
