-Overhead Squat practice

Complete for time:
100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

-complete each exercise before moving on to the next.

7 Kipping Pullups

10 rounds for time. Letting go of the bar between exercises constitues termination of a round.

23.38 Not chest to bar everytime though...I tried. My hands are tore up...it was awesome.

22:27 and only one pullup induced blister today! It took approx. 12 minutes to complete the pullups.
