28:50 pretty freaking brutal workout. Completed as rx'd except that I used 115lbs. If I were to rank the workouts in terms of their brutality I would say that this feels like a hybrid of tropic thunder and fran cause the weights arent heavy enought to cause one to rest every 5 reps(as with tropic thunder) ; and it felt like a 3min fran at the end (heart pumping fell to floor in complete exhaustion).
