Max rounds in 20 min:
5 Rolling Burpees
15 Situps
45 Squats
---------------------
Aquatics Session:

Max rounds in 4 min of the following:
20 reps of any bodyweight exercise (your choice)
40m Swim

-rest 1 min and start again (4 rounds total)
-change the bodyweight exercise each round

did not do rolling burp's, vertigo issue and i do not want to go to there. did reg burp's 7 rounds, fun stuff.

now, on may 14 is the Greatness's bday and i need ideas for a wod in his honor. please post on the white board at the room.

also,, who wants a 6:30am class on m,w,f.

I could have done more if I could keep my stupid hair clip from breaking! ha Oh and can we tape the warm up rolls on the matt? Natalie wanted to see my rolling neck fold on you-tube! Ha
