275, 305, 315, 320, 325, 330, 335
Fun Stuff!!! Cant wait to improve.
315 x 2 on the eighth tried 325 and no go.
215, 215, 225, 225, 225, 225, 230.
Deadlifted 325 (took me 6 trys)
Swam about 900 meters or 44.5 laps and the rest of the swimming workout was not that fun.
275, 375, 395, 405(F)x2, 375, 375
Started out at 215, then max to 235last 4 rounds.
Deadlift...265lbs. Failed at 270!
Not cool....same as last time.
315 - 375 - 395 - 405 - 405(f) - then I couldnt do anything else so I did 15 reps at 280 and 10 reps at 225
