Rest Day!!!
We will work on skill development. Handstands, parkour techniques, and possibly a freerun downtown. It will also be a make-up day for those that have not been in every day this week.

Good class by Kristy, Josh was solid! Fran 2X in one week is not the smartest thing I have ever done...
