Run on the treadmill :( was 25:38. I was about 3 minutes faster on this 5k than my last, which was before XFit, and I could have done faster, esp if I was not on the treadmill.

Great job evening crew!! Some even dared to RUN 5K. Paul and Rosa ran in the 8-minute mile ranges, Ivan and Angie tore it up on the rowers. Ivan's first time on the rower...not bad at all!
