225 deadliftsmodified hdsp10 plus change, however it does not count because of the modified hdsp. the deadlifts were important.
10:35 using 155lbs.
155 lbs deadlifts, 8:36
Even though I had to modify to 15-12-6, I did it with 135 lbs at 12:35 or something like that. PS. I agree - tabat sprints killed me! I was soooo sore on Saturday! ha
