MP 75 lbs, PP 100 lbs, PJ 105 lbs. Pleased to have improved my PP and PJ weights from last time, need to work on MP.It's good to be back, I have some vacation calories to burn off.
Same workout as Kyle but 12:03 today. Tried to keep chest to bar all reps, but was dragging today
