Ripped up...
Practice Hang Squat Cleans for 5-10 min with light weight.

Warmup: 3 Rounds
10 OHS (bar only)
10 Pullups
Run 1 lap

Workout:
Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Hang squat clean, 9 reps
15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents

i dont remember my time but that sucked! 95lb on the clean and mod rope climb

did it in 16:37 was a brutal workout in all respects. rope climbs need to be on our agenda more often. Thanks to our fearless leader kyle for joining in and showing us the way. you rock

15:39 @ 75 lbs. My first go at hanging cleans...now I know why everyone hates 'em
