Warmup: 3 Rounds
-10 Shoulder Rotations w/stick
-10 OHS w/stick
-10 Handstand Pushups
-Practice Push Press (against wall) and Push Jerk
---------------------------------------

As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
Military Press 5 reps
Push Press 5 reps
Push Jerk 5 reps
Run 1 Lap

-95 lbs on each exercise

7 rds @ 65lbs followed by the loss of movement of my arms & shoulders....very productive day

six rounds at 65lbs, this was pretty hard but fun

9rds at 95lbs was brutal. arms felt like noodles throughout.

9 rds with 95 lbs. Had to do back squats instead of push jerk because of injury from last week. Feeling much better now though. Everyone did a great job, look forward to this one again soon!
