Row or Run 5k for time.

(Ab Circuit for those that have not completed yet.)

Noon Session meet by desk on fitness floor!

Here was my workout for today...

1.5 mile timed run = 11:12
15 min of stretching after the run.

5 Rounds of:
5 Weighted Pullups (45 lbs)
5 Weighted Dips (45 lbs)

A good rest day. Legs are sore from the front squats...did not want to run fast...oh well.
