Monday, January 12, 2009 WOD

I hope eveyone is ready for a fun-filled week! I have some great stuff planned.

150 Pullups for time

(Once everyone is done we will head to the roof for more fun.)

11:58 was not as bad as I thought it would be. Then 4.75 rds of 20 burpees and 2laps on roof. Look forward to Rippetoe tonite

I dont remember the time on the pullups, but i did inverted burpees on the roof and it was 3 rounds. Coulda done better but inverted burpees take a while to do.

Go to crossfit.com then go to demos and videos, then scroll down to miscellaneous demos and videos and watch Gillian Mousley, Crossfit Brooklyn.... dizzy diane... amazing!
Rahul, kyle and mitz could prob do this

6 something to get to 100, 11:17 I believe for 150...not nearly as good as my last effort. I blame the wall, gotta have some excuse.
