Today begins my rebulding work. I have lost 9 lbs due to food poisoning. Let's just say Subway is not "eat fresh." Anywho, I will be logging my session to regain the strength/weight.

Back Squat:
225 lbs 5x5
About 50 lbs lighter than the usual at 5 reps...gotta start slowly.

Park Workout 5pm (Monticello Park):
(30 lb weighted backpack)
10 Pullups
15 Dips
20 Squats

(Not sure how many rounds I did...went for about 10 min...too cold.)
