5 Rounds for time: (on rooftop track)
5 Laps
25 Pushups
25 Squats
25 Lunges

did two rounds of the posted wod and then went upstairs with the rest and did that workout. legs are fried and lungs are sore. somehow i cant wait for tomorrow

Today was a rest day for me...kinda. Stress fracture means no lower body for me for a few weeks or so.
Here is today's fun:
50 dead-hang pullups (reverse grip)20 dead-hang pullups (reg. grip)
20 (left up, right palm down)
20 (right up, left down)
100 dips.
