Don't forget...no CrossFit classes tomorrow due to Cowtown!

Partner Session!
(men use 135 lbs/ women use 95 lbs)

Complete the following for time:
50 Thrusters
run 1 lap
40 Thrusters
run 2 laps
30 Thrusters
run 3 laps
20 Thrusters
run 4 laps
10 Thrusters

-laps will be around the building.

Ash (95) & Heather (75) : 30 min and some change, heavenly thrusters, near death experience, etc, etc. Such a rewarding workout.

was completely brutal, did the workout as rx'd with the great Spaniard Mark Flores of the clan Flores. It was awesome and we did it in 29:50

BTW heather's squat thrusters were amazing, angelic in nature and I felt as if for that moment I could fathom the meaning of life. (love you heather!!).
