Today we break in the new ropes!

Warmup:
-Clean practice
-rope climbing technique
-running

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Hang squat clean, 9 reps
15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents

14:37 with 155 lbs. Really proud of this time...but now I'm regretting it. Almost sleepy time.
Kudos to everyone who saw the posted workout and still came to class!
