July 16, 2008 Workout of the Day

Warmup: (5 reps of each exercise--at least 2 rounds)
Rolling Burpees
Backwards Roll to Standing
Single Leg Squats on Plyo Boxes

Workout: "Diane" (21-15-9 reps for time)
225 lbs Deadlift
HSPU

6:17 with 115 lbs for deadlifts. Why did that feel so hard today?

5:45 time sucked completely, I was 30sec worse than my previous time.

5:33 with 115 lbs deadlifts with modified pushups. Great workout! Try 135 lbs next time.... we'll see......
