Today will be an outdoor session at a different location. Bring water, lots of water, and a smile.
Warmup: Jog to location
Workout: Max rounds in 20 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps
10 Pushups
Run up steps (jump up for advanced)
10 Box Jumps
10 Pushups
Run Down steps (jump down for advanced)
Advanced individuals might do some climbing and parkour exercises during the workout.

Hey! I think I could do at LEAST one set of this exercise.
That was an amazing fun workout on the radio shack hill. Kudos to all those who showed up to brave the heat.
that was fun, should be a staple wod. the wod is certainly more fun than the murph. i wish it was hotter.lol
8 1/2 rounds. Had a blast!! We were missing some people today!!
I did like 6 or 7 and it was pretty tough. It was also pretty cool that we got kicked out of somewhere ha ha.
