Warmup:
- practice Hanging Power Clean, Front Squat, and Push Jerk

Workout: Light Weight but Serious Fun
(21-18-15-12-9 reps of:)
95 lb Deadlift
95 lb Hang Power Clean
95 lb Front Squat
95 lb Push Jerk

38 min/ 65 lbs. This sucked, my forearms will hurt for days.

That was one of the worst workouts we have done in a while. i think i got in the 25 something. Push jerks which should come natural to a man were exteremely tough today.

Anyhow my favorite dinosaur is a velocorapter

30.40 55 lbs I am so glad it is over. My arms were already sore from Friday.....

I found this site called http://URAjerk.com maybe you can use it. It seems to help get me through the issues of dealing with some of the jerks I know. At least I can vent about these jerks, plus I get a kick out of sending them some cards.
