July 9, 2008 Workout of the Day

Warmup:
Various skill work, including handstands.


Workout:
Mixed up "Cindy"
(Max rounds in 20 minutes of):
15 Pullups
10 Pushups
5 Squats

9 rounds. More difficult than conventional Cindy! Pullups (or whatever those were called towards the end) took it out of me!

Ashley and Clay, I read your posts from the other day....you guys rule! Ashley and Talia are right..we love Xfit at the Y. Kyle is the Man! If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the Blue Room and go do your 20 mins on the elliptical!

11 rds, total did strict form on pullups till the 9th rd. 10 and 11th were a little suspect.

this one was pretty good, my hands are killing me though, i did 14 rounds

i think 12 or 11, i'll go with 12. pullups became difficult and my strct form was to survive. LONG LIVE CROSSFIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
