August 1, 2008 Workout of the Day

DON'T FORGET, NO CLASS TOMORROW!!

Warmup:
-Practice the Push Jerk, OHS, and discuss Waiter Carry.

Workout: (Begins in the Small Gym)
Max Rounds in 20 min of:
10 Pushups
15 Situps
20 Squats
Waiter Carry Up Steps (end on third floor)
Waiter Carry Down Steps

(Choose 15-45 lbs for the Waiter Carry and post amount of weight used to the comments section. Change hands each round for the waiter carry.)

Have a great weekend, everyone. As Kyle mentioned we will be out at the CrossFit Gymnastics Cert this weekend. If you have the time and distance available, run one mile as fast as you possibly can and record your time. This will come in handy soon. Very soon.
