Tabata Day

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
8 rounds total of the following exercises:

Pullups
Pushups

Box Jumps
KTE

Handstands
Waiter Lunges

(Possible partner exercises at the end of the session.)

fun stuff Tabatas are always butt kickers, waiter lunges were cool
