Grab 15-45 lb dumbbells and head to the roof !

Workout:
(As many rounds as possible in 20 min of):
Hanging Squat Clean w/Dumbbell 10 reps
Man-Makers 10 reps
Waiter's Lunge 10 steps
2 Laps

(alternate hands on the waiters lunges each round)

was awesome workout, was killer and such and only got 6 rds with 45lb dumbell. legs are so sore right now
