Warm-up: Run 1.5 miles. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and 20 dead hang pull-ups

AMRAP in 30 minutes:
10 SDHP (55lb KB)
9 push-ups
8 KB swing (55lb)
7 sit-ups
6 Burpee pull-ups

I really enjoyed this today - 13 rounds with 35lb KB. Did burpees instead of burpee pullups. Drink wine and Crossfit. Champagne also works doesn't it Mitz?

total rx this wod, warmup was a workout in itself. 8 rounds after warmup, fun stuff. i hate burpee pullups.
