95 lb Overhead Squat
L-pull ups
Knees to elbows

Hello guys, just wanted to spread the word that the Qualifier is now sold out and we still need volunteer judges for the three WODs.

35:19 using 65lbs. Form was pants on all 3 exercises, although it improved towards the last few sets thanks to coaching from Kyle and Rahul - thanks guys.
