150 KB Swings for time!
(each time you stop to rest you must do 20 KB Thrusters)

-American Swing if capable!
-guys use 55 lbs, girls use 35 lbs.

25 lb 11 minutes 40 kettlebell push press. PR Last time 12 something. Greak workout at 6:00 am!

Either 31:27 or 32:27 using a 45lb dumbbell.
First 33 swings were American and then I defected to Russia for the remainder.
Did 120 thrusters.
