Yeah budy....Squated 75 used the 45 for jump squats and beat Natalie's time with a 12:38!!! That's right - Word

14.20 @ 135 prescribed Front Squat That was painful...and I have a feeling walking will be a challenge for the next few days

Waiter carries and farmer carries afterwards. Could come in handy, I need a new job - perhaps a career change?
