Pretty fun stuff!
Five rounds for time of the following:
135 lb Squat Clean 7 reps
15 reps Handstand Push Ups

9:58 with total modifications to 95lbs and push ups on the smith machine, elbows are fried from this sadistic leadership on the need to inflict the art of perfection on KTE'S
