Warmup:
Jumping Jacks 30 sec.
B.W. Squats 30 sec.
Mountain Climbers 30 sec.
Burpees 30 sec.

Workout:
3 Rounds for Time of:
135 lb Clean 15
Box Jumps 20
KB Swing 25
3 laps around gym

19:51 modified the cleans to 95lbs

21:46, I did 95 for the first 7 then went down to 75 for the rest. Thats the hardest work out weve had in a while. Good job 12 o'clock class!
