(21-15-9)
Deadlift 225 lbs
Handstand Push-ups

Tabata Jump Squats

100 Knees to Elbows (with partner)

Good workout! I need to ice my shins! Thanks for the encouragement Mitz! 6:14.... (w/185 lbs and the handstand pushups were suspect!)
