July 1, 2008 Workout of the Day

Five rounds of:
Deadlift, 3 reps
Handstand push-ups, max reps
(Post Deadlfit loads and number of HSPU of each round to comments.)

This is not a timed workout. Go heavy and be strong!

Deadlifts - 255 for all 5 rounds
HSPU - 10, 10, 9, 10, 12

145 lb. deadlifts
HSPU = 10, 10, 11, 7, 9

325 on 1st rd, 355 on rest of rds
HSPU = 14 14 12, 10, 9 (supported by wall, head touching grd each rep)

Deadlifts - 225lbs, 235lbs last round....
