men: 135 lbs / women: 95 lbs

75lb. thrusters in 10:49. Amazing how sore you get after nearly two weeks off.

13:00 flat, workout was bad, 135lb is a lot. I have learned my lesson on warmups and will try to do them properly. Kyle u are so wise like a miniature budda all cover in fur
