Complete the following for time:
120 Dips
120 Pullups

(You do not have to complete one before moving on to the other exercise.)

12:31 workout was good, Parkour was funner and better.

Completed the workout this morning in 11:54, great upper body workout. Skin the cats and climbers were not fun afterwards
