August 18, 2008 Workout of the Day

Warmup:
-Rope Climb
-Bridges and Handstands
-Bridge pushups and rolling burpees

Workout: (max rounds in 20 min)
10 Burpee Pullups
10 Front Dips (can be modified with pushups)
10 KTE
