one of the funniest wod ever, fun stuff--23.55. also, i want to start a petition to drive up interest for a 6:30 am class at least on Mon,Wed and Fri. would anyone be interested.

18:29 with regular rope climbs, no modification. Great for humeroulnar tendonitis! My arms were killing me today. Tendonitis really sucks--a result of overtraining in martial arts. Feeling a bit better now, and ready for a 3:30 Fran tomorrow! Im sure Rahul will make fun of this post for some reason.
