-OHS Practice
-Handstands/Rolling Techniques

Workout:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of the following for time:
95 lb Overhead Squat
L-pull ups
Knees to elbows

21:48 not too shabby, but it takes a lot longer to do when you keep your legs close together on the squat, and its a lot more painful!!

that was a brutal awesome workout. one of my favs. stopped doing l -pullups after 12 rd turned into j pullups. 24 min and some change

24 min. One of my favorite torture sessions. Strict form on the L-pullups...always exciting.
