29:18 with 75lbs, it was a good one
30:15 of pure terror! Was really hoping for under 30 but slowed down too much in the middle. Still my best time though, im happy.

31:36 i think of the most terrible workout ever. This is also my best time but it never gets easier. Whats awesome about this workout is the feeling of pure joy and accomplishment when you finish it. It feels like you have just overcome a mammoth obstacle.
BTW Kyle, i just talked to Jackie Chan and he says "I love you".
