Here was my workout for today...1.5 mile timed run = 11:1215 min of stretching after the run.5 Rounds of:5 Weighted Pullups (45 lbs)5 Weighted Dips (45 lbs)A good rest day. Legs are sore from the front squats...did not want to run fast...oh well.KB
