400m Run

Advanced Session:

Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

-Rest as needed between efforts.

Post times for each round to comments.

Today was a great workout. Workout time was 18:22.

15:56 Im glad I go to the afternoon session because this would not have happend at 6am. More power to those who got up that early.

2:50, 3:08, 3:00, 3:10

Followed by 3 rounds of 5 reps 275lb deadlifts then walk across the room and back with the same weight and 5more reps of 275 w/ 10 HSPU in between
