10 pullups 10 ring dips both with a 25lb dumbell got it in 23:56. was terrible.

10 pullups 10 ring dips used a 30lb db for all my pullups, but forgot to use it on 5 out of my 10 ring dips sets so I used a 40lb db for my last 5 ring dip sets to make up for it.

Swimming Mitzi and I did 24 laps.
Back-squats need improvement 215 was my max.

Played B-ball for 2 hours after the night session, man I am hating today.

I like the looks of WOD2.
