Warmup:
-pracice clean, push-press, and overhead squat technique.

Workout:
As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
5 Pullups
5 Pushups
5 Situps
5 Squats

-Goal is to do at least 20 rounds in 20 minutes. Post number of rounds to comments section.
