Warmup:
-handstands and gymnastics work.

Workout:
150 Pullups for time
-post time for 100 pullups and time for 150.

I didn't know Kyle was a duck hunter, that's too cool. I am sure if he went deer hunting he would put camo paint on his face. 150 pullups 12:03. Fun stuff.

i dont think its right to post one workout and then call for another. 11 something for 150 pullups.

100 Pullups = 4:36
150 Pullups = 8:39

I don't know if I was just well-rested or what, but Im pretty proud of my numbers today. Everyone in the 2 o'clock group completed 100 pullups in less than 10 minutes I believe...pretty freakin amazing! Good work today everybody.

I think post one workout but do another is called bait and switch. Fortunately we didn't look at the website until after we did the first one posted. ;-)
