Warmup: Practice the kipping motion and/or muscle-ups

Workout: Weighted Pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

-post heaviest weight achieved and grip used.

started out with 12.5lbs and worked up to 57.5lbs barely. Then did last one again for 55 lbs.

did a muscle up, did fran in 3:37 and then a couple rope climbs, all in all a nice rest day. looking forward to swimm-- i mean other fun stuff for tommorrow
